Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop said it has agreements to open three locations in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
In a statement distributed by PRNewswire, the Las Vegas, Nevada-based restaurant chain said it signed 31 franchise agreements in the first quarter, and that three of the new shops will be in Allentown.
The release did not specify if the restaurants will be in Allentown or in the area near the city.
Capriotti’s, founded in Wilmington, Delaware in 1976, said the top quarter of its stores have an average sales volume of $1.1 million, and that the initial average investment in a franchise is $376,000.
Capriotti’s serves cold, grilled and vegetarian subs, cheese steaks and salads, according to the statement.
